BBTran 1.7 Beta Available!

Hello dear users! 

I'm glad to announce a public beta of  BBTran 1.7. 

To get it installed OTA open the following link in your blackberry browser: http://ota.bbtran.com/?beta

Full "what's new" list would be at the release but here's the short list: 

  • Added WAP2 support
  • Serial connection support
  • Redesigned connection detection to be smarter to have more reliable connection
  • Small UI improvements: removed some dialogs. less questions - less clicks ;)
  • Memory usage optimization: x10 less data on sync and x6 less data in persistent storage
  • Reorganized "Sent Translation to .." menus to use choice popup
  • "Translate Selection with BBTran" menu integrated to most BB apps
  • Font size customization

I hope to finish it in a week so please report any issues asap to fix them in time.

i found the bbtran version on the link: http://ota.bbtran.com/?beta is still 1.6.3.

where is beta 1.7?

You should access http://ota.bbtran.com/?beta link from your blackberry but not desktop browser.
