BBTran is a free online multi-translation application for BlackBerry® devices. It translates words, phrases and does a dictionary lookup in 64 languages with more than 2000 translation directions. BBTran consumes various online services such as Google Translate, Systran, FreeTranslation, Reference.com.
BBTran 1.6.3 released!

Dear users,
I'm happy to announce 1.6.3 bbtran update.
Change-log:
- Fixed 1.6+ BIS connection issue.
- Fixed “Try WiFi First” option.
- Improved output formatting.
Since 1.6 release I got a lot of feedback regarding BIS connectivity issues. And since 1.5 worked fine I rolled back BIS options changes. So now BBTran works with BIS back again. Those customers that had to turn “mds-public” on or switch to TCP can now use pure BIS again.
One more issue was found with WiFi detection. There were cases when WiFi was detected by bbtran but no real WiFi connection existed. As a result bbtran failed to use it and moreover sis not try to go without WiFi. Now detection improved as well as added non-wifi connection in case of wifi channel failure.
And finally some users were disappointed with strange font of translation results and a padding before translation. Padding is now removed and output font is now the same as the rest of bbtran app fonts and global blackberry font setting. So you can adjust it as you wish: font-family, size etc.
Since 1.6.3 is a minor version update it will not be prompted to auto-update from 1.6.0-1.6.2 versions. So if you want to see improved output formatting please navigate your BB browser tohttp://ota.bbtran.com/auto
